Cees Biersma
Cees is the President and Chairman of the BIS2 Group of companies which have operations in Europe, United States and New Zealand.
Cees has over 30 years of international business and leadership experience. He has set up and restructured various businesses world-wide, and been on the Board of Directors of a number of small and large companies, both in executive and supervisory positions.
His knowledge and experience of 'development processes' provides a strong foundation to BIS2‘s development and growth.

Mukesh Gordhan
Mukesh is the Chief Executive Officer of BIS2 and has a strong commercial background with over 25 years of experience in consulting and business management.
As a former Principal of Ernst & Young, Mukesh has consulted for and later directed businesses from start-ups to large, complex organizations. Mukesh‘s experience includes key positions in business intelligence operations and using data visualization to drive corporate performance.
Mukesh‘s focus is execution of our vision.
Andrew Cardno
Andrew is BIS2‘s Chief Technology Officer and his mandate to create completely new ideas, new technology and new ways of doing things, has been a driving force to BIS2's new and innovative (enabling human capability) technology – vizbybis2.
Andrew is recognized as a 'data visualization' visionary, with a track record of creating leading data visualization business intelligence software. He has an ability to understand today‘s management challenges and the power and intricacies of rapidly evolving technology. He is able to shape both of these understandings to deliver innovative technology.
Creating innovative technology matching human capability is Andrew‘s driving force.
Tiffany Long
Tiffany, in her role as Director gameViz Division, is responsible for the gameViz solution suite.
Tiffany has a strong background in finance and marketing and previously completed a one year internship at NASA and has cross training with the finance and marketing departments at a major casino.
She is an analytical marketing professional with hands-on experience in casino database marketing and revenue and campaign management.
Tiffany's key focus is to enable casino operators to maximize their ROI from using gameViz.
Jordi Riera
Jordi is the BIS2 Senior Architect.
With over 20 years in the ICT sector Jordi has extensive experience in designing and delivering customer focused business-technology solutions. Jordi previously held key roles within IBM's customer solutions group.
Jordi's Key focus is ensuring that customer deployments are architecturally consistent and compliant with both the customers and BIS2's objectives.
Andrea Travers-Jones
Andrea is BIS²’s Corporate Services Manager. She oversees the corporate services area within BIS² which includes finances, risk-management, human resources, governance and regulatory compliance.
With over nine years experience in the data visualization space, Andrea provides a key strength to the management team through her familiarity with reporting, transacting business and compliance in multiple jurisdictions around the world. Andrea is also responsible for internal compliance and processes.
Andrea’s key focus is reporting and compliance.
Jeremy Banks
Jeremy is BIS²'s Development Team Lead.
He comes from a background in the retail and energy sectors and has over 10 years experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and software development.
Jeremy's key focus is harnessing and directing BIS²'s talented team of software developers, visualizers, designers, scientists, business analysts and quality assurance people.
Jim Walmsley
Jim is BIS2’s Chief Architect and is responsible for ensuring a consistent, sustainable and state-of-the art architecture for BIS2’s suite of products.
Jim has over 24 years of experience in various roles in the ICT industry and across various industries including energy, telecommunications, banking and transport. Jim was also previously an IT Specialist with IBM.
Jim's focus is ensuring that BIS2’s product development and product innovations are delivered within BIS2’s architectural goals.
Guillermo Quiros
Guillermo, in his role as Senior Product Designer, is responsible for product planning, product innovations and the user experience. This includes managing product lifecycles, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and providing input into product vision.
Guillermo has been defining architectures and implementing software solutions for more than 11 years. During the last 4 years, he has fine-tuned his skills in cutting-edge RIA and Web2.0 applications.
Guillermo's focus is designing creative and innovative solutions that maximize business value and the user experience.
