vizExplorer is a client side Adobe® Flash® browser based application. It allows business and technical users to search, view and interact with the Super Graphics. It also allows users to create charts, drill down to the data, and select customer lists. Users can also create their own additional Super Graphics with new measures, restrictions and time periods for further analysis.
vizExplorer contains interactive Super Graphics. These Super Graphics contain features that enable users to capture their business in one single picture and then look at the relevant detail where appropriate. A few of the features are: a Legend that corresponds to the Heatmap; a Data Grid containing relevant data; Charts that a user can modify as required; and a Statistics window that shows total (and may show selected values) values for the Super Graphic.
Within vizExplorer users may take existing Super Graphics and modify the Business Performance Drivers (BPDs) and Restrictions that have been applied to the Super Graphics. The ability to modify this information provides the user with an alternate view of the underlying data. Patterns and relationships can be easily identified, and decreases the turn-around time required between analysis, decision and results.
vizExplorer OLAP Charts provide interactive displays that represent and analyze data from multiple points of view, with drag and drop functionality. Data may be viewed by way of column graphs and line graphs.
OLAP Charts contain 'Dimensions' and 'Measures'. The 'Measures' are the BPD's displayed in the Super Graphic.
vizExplorer Treemaps enable easy viewing of groups of related data. The Treemap headings are determined by the data contained within the Super Graphic, when making a selection on the Treemap, vizExplorer with reflect the selection in the OLAP Chart and Data Grid.
